Why you can't buy Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash on the Net
We are afraid the Dermalogica have requested that all Authorised Retailers such as ourselves, no longer sell Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash on the Internet. They have stated the following:
"Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash cannot be sold or made available on-line. This will include all formulations of Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash from Samples to retail sizes to availability in Skin Kits. A direct consultation including Face Mapping skin analysis and recommendation by a qualified skin therapist who has attended training for the mediBac category is imperative to ensure a need is clearly diagnosed."
This follows from the fact that many users of Dermalogica Antibac Skin Wash, which was discontinued last year, switched to the new Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash without prescription from a trained Skincare Specialist, and although the majority were okay with the product, a small number of people did receive an adverse reaction.

Have you ever had problems opening Dermalogica Skin Resurfacing Cleanser?
From time to time some of our customers call or email us because of the problems they experience trying to open the Dermalogica Skin Resurfacing Cleanser. This is not due to anything that our customers are doing wrong, it is simply a problem that originates when the product is manufactured. The following procedure will help correct the issue:
- Hold the bottle and tighten the grey/silver collar near the top of the bottle as much as you can by turning the collar clock wise. Do not hold pump head at the top when you are turning otherwise it may break. Do not over tighten and break the collar.
- Still holding the bottle turn the pump head clockwise until the pump clicks open.
